Massage Membership

We often push our bodies hard and only react when the aches become impossible to ignore. A monthly massage is an excellent way to speed up recovery, reduce muscle tension, and keep your body performing at its best. Plus, you can share your membership with family, helping them stay healthy and active too.

 

🔹Membership is a monthly account credit equivalent to a 1-hour massage with our fully qualified therapists. 

🔹If for any reason you do not use your massage in one month you do not automatically lose it. All unused credit will roll forward for a maximum period of three months, after which time they expire if unused. 🔹Membership benefits can be shared among immediate family/loved ones.

🔹No complicated contract, no exit fee, suspension available. Cancellation only requires a simple three month notice by email

 

1. Our membership is a continuing Auto-Pay commitment, charged at $120 per month, (Payment Gateway Processing Fees apply where cards are used in place of Direct Debit), where your membership then “auto-renews” month by month.(Minimum 12 week/3 months sign up)
2. All massages consist of roughly 5-minutes for consultation and preparation prior to your massage and roughly 5-minutes post-massage for redressing and discussing future treatment needs. A realistic expectation “on the table” is for a minimum 50 minutes. Excludes initial consultation.

3. The monthly member massage paid via Auto-Pay is redeemable at Right Motion clinics at Hornsby and Rhodes locations.

4. Members are asked to arrive at least 10-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

5. Member account credit CAN ONLY BE USED for MASSAGE. Can’t be redeemable as cash or in-clinic products OR FOR OTHER SERVICES.

6. Any update to a member’s personal details are required to be advised by the member via email at Info@rightmotion.com.au, this including change to residential address, email address or phone number or any change in their credit card or account information prior to the next Auto-Pay date (the 1st business day of each calendar month, or anniversary of their joining)

8. Member credit rolls forward where unused by members for a period up to “three (3) months, (90-days)” from the date of payment

Any account balance unused within the, (90-day's from the payment) automatically expires.

9. A Family member is defined as any immediate family member living at the same location as the member. Photo ID or another form of identification is required upon redemption of a member massage using a Family Members membership. Consent for redemption of that massage must be provided by the original member.
