Cancellations & Late Arrivals
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow at LEAST 24 hours' notice in the hope we can refill your time slot with someone on the cancellation list. Less than 24hr there will be a 50% charge for the cancellation, and less than 6 hours or no-show charge is 100%
You are welcome to donate your appointment to your friend or family member to avoid the cancellation fees.
