I have a keen interest in foot, ankle and knee pain and lower back pain, using hands‑on techniques, targeted load management, and progressive rehab to restore function and reduce re‑injury risk. My background in high‑level sport, as well as continuing education in Strength and Conditioning, gives me a practical edge when planning return‑to‑sport programs.
